In order to take care of the welfare of teachers and staff, our school has established an “Employee Welfare Mutual Aid Committee” in a mutual aid manner. All full-time faculty and staff of the school are members of this association. In the 87th school year, the membership was expanded to include contracted (employed) personnel who retired from the school, who may participate in the various benefits and activities organized by the association. Other contracted (employed) personnel may participate in the activities. The method of selecting committee members was revised in the 82nd academic year: each first-level unit with more than 10 people will select one person, units with less than 10 people will be combined to select one person, and teaching units with more than 50 people will have an additional person. In the 1989 school year, the original number of workers’ protection quotas will be increased from two to three.
It was passed at the 18th Executive Council meeting on January 4, 1985, to change the term of office of committee members from one year to two years, but in principle, half of the members can be re-elected every year, and the term of office of the chairman is also two years. As for the payment of mutual aid funds, starting from August 1, 1998, a uniform amount of NT$280 will be deducted every month. Starting from the 1996 school year, the reimbursement of mutual aid funds upon resignation is revised to mean that those who have joined the mutual aid association for one year and have not applied for any benefits can receive the total amount of mutual aid funds paid from the mutual aid association within six months after completing the resignation procedures. , overdue will be deemed as waiver. Since the 80th academic year, the Mutual Aid Association has organized many off-campus travel activities and various talent training classes, which have been well received.
